At the ECOLOGIK INSTITUTE WE ARE LIGHTING THE SPARK AND SUSTAINING THE FLAME FOR THE NEXT GENERATION OF SCIENTISTS AND ENGINEERS.
We are building the STEM workforce by:
Showing girls what’s possible with diverse women-in-STEM role models
Providing access to public lands
Involving youth in real scientific research
Supporting youth with deep mentorship in a community of practice
Developing leadership, public speaking, teamwork, time management, and other skills necessary for career success
But we can’t do it alone. In a rapidly changing world with a rapidly changing political landscape, we need your help now more than ever.

Mentorship Programs: Pairing students with experienced professionals in STEM fields to guide and inspire them.
Hands-On Workshops: Creating interactive learning experiences that ignite curiosity and passion for science and technology.
Summer Camp: A free two-week camp fusing ecology and technology to connect youth to nature.
